I want a laptop

I'm after a relativly high spec laptop (Core 2 duo, 2GB RAM), so I don't have to replace it to soon. As a desktop replacment, as I am fedup of sitting in my room to use the PC.

Anyone know any companies that are selling a good deal, and do interest free/low rate credit?

I bought a laptop back when is started uni 6 years ago, and the world and its mother were offering "buy now pay 9 months interest free". But I can't find one now.

Great laptop, but ebuyer are doing a similar deal on Toshiba satellitte's with an intel chaip for £350.

 

But this is for my own "consumption" as it were, not the schools. So I can't get credit with either Misco or Ebuyer

I just had an HP 6715b from Insight with discount and £100 cash back from HP, came to £430 inc vat. It's fantastic, I'm so chuffed with it. AMD Turion 64x2@2Ghz, 2G memory etc - runs Vista like the wind
