Apple Configurator 2

Hi all,

 

I am getting a strange issue on Apple Config 2, when I try to apply any settings profile to the iPad it says "Recieved an unexpected response from the device. [com.apple.configurator.mobiledevicekit.amd.error - 0xFFFFFFFFE8000013 (-402653165) [sys = 0x3A, sub = 0x0, code = 0x12 (19)]]". Is there anyone who has ever dealt with this error who has any suggestions?
