Well, we have another two printer sof the same model withthe same firmware and driver and they don't have any issues with these fonts?

I remember having a problem a few years ago with Kyocera and Publisher 2002. I never did find a solution, but it did appear to be down to drivers. Unsurprisingly the school in question no longer use Kyocera, but Canon who are much, much better!

If you change the font to something else, does it work correctly?

If this is the case with all three printers using the same driver and firmware, when printing to Publisher 2003 then I would just live with that.

Alternatively, I suppose you could try contacting HP and see if they're aware of the problem. I'm pretty sure their support is much better than Kyocera's.

Question, how are these printers accessed?

- through a server acting as a print queue

- direct to the printserver (external or internal)?

Also, an observation... I've noticed with the HP L7680 we have here that we had to delete and then re-add the printers after installing updated drivers for the printer for the updates to actually apply. You may want to try that approach to see if one is using an old driver and possibly creating the problem.
