Creative Cloud Packager 1.11

Evening Peeps,

 

Has anyone had issues with the Creative Cloud Packager? I need to make a device license file and have downloaded the packager app from the Management portal. I've installed it on my Windows 7 Pro laptop which has Photoshop 2017 on it (this is what needs re-licensing with a different model). The app runs, I enter the settings then it simply crashes.

 

Have tried everything - running as Admin etc etc - but no luck.

 

Google reveals nothing. Any help appreciated.

I had a feeling, but despite searching I simply couldn't find anything such as this article. Thanks pal.
