Having a hard time getting apps pushed out all of a sudden since a few of our iPads were updated to 10.3.0/1. We're using Profile Manager and Configurator 2. Typical workflow would be:

  • iPad gets prepared in Configurator 2 (this supervises the device)
  • Device is named in Configurator 2
  • Blueprint is applied that has nothing but the Wi-fi/proxy settings and trust profile in it
  • Setup is completed on the device, includes logging in with Apple ID that was created for that device
  • Log in to Profile Manager and enrol the device
  • Add the device to the correct device group in Profile Manager, which applies restrictions and Web Clips etc.
  • Attempt to push apps out...

What happens is the apps are pushed out successfully, or so Profile Manager believes so...but if you watch the iPad itself, one sees the app appear very briefly (almost like a flicker) and then disappears. I tried this same process on an iPad before and after being updated to iOS 10.3.0, and it was successful before but failed after. Our server is up-to-date as is the Configurator 2 on said server.

Hope this is detailed enough for someone to potentially help me out - first post here, as I'm sure you've noticed. Thanks for your time.
