ricki Posted March 6, 2008 Posted March 6, 2008 Hi Search the registry for the name under its strange spelling. You will find several places where the same thing will come up because some programs like office copy the information to the registry key for the program. Richard
john Posted March 6, 2008 Posted March 6, 2008 Its a registry key that needs changing: Start > Run > "regedit" you want HKLM>Software>Microsoft>WindowsNT>Current Version> and then you find RegisteredOwner and RegisteredOrganisation, double click the key that is wrong and voilla change it and its fixed.
