Colour prints sticking to fuser causing jam

We have a Kyocera 6026MFP colour laser with paper jam issues at fuser. What happens is only when there is heavy colour such as a blue header band as with white text forming title at top of page. The toner on page sticks to the fuser roller meaning the paper jams in the fuser instead of passing through. All general letter type prints colour or otherwise work fine but if a page has a heavy block of colour it sticks and jams. Fuser assembly looks undamaged roller surfaces are still smooth and unscored so not sure why this happens. We do use 3rd party toners but they are ok in other printers of same type and this failing document printer OK in other printers of same model. Could be toner quality or poor fuser surface or wrong fuser temp maybe not sure. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yep, seen this with all our Kyoceras. We have about two dozen (mixture of fs c5150's and the newer 6021's) and it has happened to all of them, I get called to unjam one about once or twice each month. We also use third party toners and I suspect this may be the reason, we also have two 6026 models that are physically identical and these are about 6 months old under contract and only have genuine toners installed, neither have jammed so far. Not conclusive proof but does seem to suggest that the toners are to blame. Still the third party toners are cheap and fixing the jams is pretty quick after you have done it several times.
