text boxes not displaying correctly on high resolution screen

hi,

we have an ActivPanel 4k screen on trial, but when we try to open up flipcharts with text boxes in them, the text is cut off.

We are not using any scaling on the PC, ie the Windows display settings are set to 100% and no more.

I have also set Activinspire to run with the Disable display scaling on high DPI Settings option checked.

 

Do you have any other suggestions?

Or a timescale of when this issue will be fixed?

This issue is believed to have been resolved with the latest ActivInsprie update (v2.9) available for download here:

If you have this version installed already and are still seeing an issue I would highly recommend that you contact the Promethean Support team so that they can investigate further.

version 2.9 does not solve the problem.

will contact promethean support, though I fear not much can be done in the short term.

This will hold a majority of people upgrading to the ActivPanel if this cant be sorted.

When you contact support ask for a remote session......and providing your network provider allows it, we can remote on and take a closer look )
