2ilent8cho Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 Is there a way to enable a group, i.e. Staff access to our student one drives?
Achandler Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 Yes, you can use Powershell to add users to "personal" OneDrives as such, then a teacher could open the drive using a link to it. It would be quite complicated though I think. I only know because we have an admin account that has access to every drive
MYK-IT Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 As @Achandler mentioned, there's bound to be a PowerShell script to do that! Alternatives: Not ideal for non-Global Admins (e.g. teaching staff etc) As a 'Global Administrator' you can access anyone's One Drive via Office365 Admin Centre > Users > {Select specific user} > OneDrive Settings > Click Access Files > Then URL Link appears or Office365 Admin Centre > Sharepoint Admin Centre > user profiles > manage user profiles > {find/select user} > Manage Site Collection Owners https://www.itunity.com/article/administrative-access-onedrive-business-environment-user-2792
macgreen Posted March 6, 2017 Posted March 6, 2017 Or there is Teachers Dashboard, the freebie version allows teacher access to student onedrives
