Group policy for location, date format, keyboard layout etc.

Hi all. I'm having trouble getting the location, date format, keyboard layout etc. set to UK. Nothing I've tried seems to work!

Settings I've tried:

CC > Policies > Administrative Templates > Control Panel/Regional and Language Options > Restrict the UI language Windows uses for all logged users (English)

CC > Preferences > Windows Settings > Registry > HKLM\system\currentcontrolset\control\Nls\CodePage\OEMCP set to 850

CC > Preferences > Windows Settings > Registry > HKLM\system\currentcontrolset\control\Nls\Language\default set to 0809

CC > Preferences > Windows Settings > Registry > HKLM\system\currentcontrolset\control\Nls\Language\InstallLanguage set to 0809

CC > Preferences > Windows Settings > Registry > HKLM\system\currentcontrolset\control\Nls\Locale\(default) set to 0809

UC > Policies > Administrative Templates > Control Panel/Regional and Language Options > Restrict the UI language Windows should use for the selected user (English)

UC > Preferences > Control Panel > Regional Options > Regional Options > End User Default Locale > User locale set to United Kingdom, number/currency/time/date all set the way I want though I can't change Location from United States as it is greyed out.

UC > Preferences > Windows Settings > Registry > HKCU\keyboardlayout\Preload\1 set to 0809

UC > Preferences > Windows Settings > Registry > HKCU\control panel\international\user profile\languages set to en-GB

UC > Preferences > Windows Settings > Registry > HKCU\control panel\international\geo\nation set to 242

Is there anything else I can try?
