Renaming a printer and Papercut

Having a bit of a Monday moment! I want to rename a printer and can't remember the exact steps. I was thinking that I can rename on the print server and Papercut will pickup the name change? Do I need to change the name on the actual printer too?

From what I recall, Papercut picks up the shared printers on the server, so if you rename the printer and share PaperCut automatically picks up the changes?

Yeah PaperCut picks them up, just note if you are renaming printers that connect to a follow me/print and collect check they are checked in your virtual queue to jobs can be release to it. If its just a standard printer don't worry.
