Hi, I have been asked to install Project Professional 2016 on 2 staff computers, when I go into my Microsoft Volume Licensing Center it shows a download available plus a MAK and KMS key. My question is because it shows does this mean we have a licence through the agreement, or do we need to purchase some licences? I was told by our previous Network Manager that just because it shows doesn't mean we can legally use it?

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks for the info, I didn't think it would be that easy. I will get in touch with our software provider regarding costs for additional licenses.

Have you looked at OpenProj? might be able to do it for free.

I mentioned the Open Office type route and was shot down, they think a paid solution is always the best option. I use open office and have never had any issues and it does everything I need it to do.
