Anyone used BayTek for their copiers/MFPs?

Its that time when I'm looking at copier contracts again. I've asked a selection of companies for quotes and have a quick query on here - have any of you used the company "BayTek Office Solutions" for your MFPs?

BayTek Office Solutions are based in Newton Abbot, Devon. I have previously used them for repairing HP Printers before and they where great. One of the primary schools that i used to support had a contract with them and the service was good. We had a very good response time.

Yep, we use them and can't fault them to be honest. They're always very quick at sending out an engineer whenever we've ever had any problems with our copier (which sometimes is not always a fault of the machine itself).

Used by plenty of schools in Torbay and AFAIK those that used them were very happy with the service provided.

we use and I have only been in this role a few months but cant fault them at the moment very quick response times.
