or if your a cheapskate as the concourse stuff isnt cheap (subway cost about 2x as much as my local one) theres a small tesco a few mins walk away

 

Thanks for that! I completely forgot that there was one on Western Gateway.

 

Also, the Subway is half decent, although the prices are a little bit more inflated than those of regular Subway branches.

The old unhealthy me may have visited the Freemasons Cafe more than once, really good value breakfasts/brunch. (although if Custom House bridge is closed may be an issue getting there this year...)

You get a nice affordable brekkie there

The Minories is a decent pub all round actually. Great burgers!
