Hide/Restrict custom drives

Does anyone know of a tool or a .adm file that will allow me to hide and/or restrict all letters of the alphabet. I have a nvanilla 2k3 server r2 and as such can only hide A,B,C,D in some very awkward combinations. I'd like to be able to perform this with any drive letter.

Hide these drives in my computer (Set custom, including all)

Prevent access to drives (Set custom, including all)
