Taskbar context menu - disable or edit?

Is there a way to disable this context menu altogether or at least edit the entries to remove Search and Toolbars.

 

I can't find any group policy settings that might help...

Haven't tested on Windows 10 myself but try the one here

 

User Configuration - Policies - Administrative Templates - Start Menu and Taskbar - Remove access to the context menus for the taskbar (Set it to Enabled)

 

Then gpupdate on workstation, and it should be gone.
