Truancy Calling Software

Can anyone recommend any good truancy calling software?

 

So far have found SIMS - Truancy Call, Keep Kids Safe and Truancy Call by the contact group

 

Just after any recommendations.

When I first started in education we were using Truancy Call by the contact group, then we scrapped that for Keep Kids Safe which offered more whizz for the buck.

 

At my new school they were using Clarion Call, but with a bit of persuading I got them onto the successor to Keep Kids Safe - RS Connect Ed.

 

Can't praise it enough, great support from their team, solid SIMS integration and loads of features.

Thanks for this, been looking at replacing Truancy Call by the contact group for ages as its buggy and awful software and they have been promising to make it web based for nearly 2 years now.. enough is enough..

Truancy Call by Contact Group is already web based - we've been using it web based for at least 18 months.

 

I still wouldn't recommend it like. We've just started to send absent chasing messages through Progresso instead and the attendance team are much happier.

KKS here and for the past 5 years, heard no complaints, just works and is web based

Truancy Call and Call Parents here; there's desktop software or can be used via the web as well. Had a look at some other options recently including SchoolComms and SIMS InTouch, but in the end decided to stay with what we have.

KKS for last 6 years now RSConnectED this year. Great bit of software, let us upgrade for free and parents impressed by our school app.

Used KKS at my last school. It was so much better than CallParents/Truancy Call. I gave the Contact Group a suggested list of fields that we need for emails (as we had in KKS years ago) but nothing ever came of it. And the training from KKS was really good.
