ThomasOdonnell Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 Hi, {Short} I'm curious if it's possible to force everyone within our organisation (or even select people) to have a delayed delivery for their emails. {Long} Is it possible to enforce a rule on the internal organisation which means their outbound emails will be delayed by a set time? There has been cases of people sending emails quickly which includes mistakes, if we can enforce a delay, then we can help staff identify the mistake and recall it before the email has sent. Thanks. P.s: Sorry if I'm in the wrong thread.
Edu-IT Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 No, I highly doubt it if I am being honest. Encourage staff to check before sending.
ThomasOdonnell Posted November 24, 2016 Author Posted November 24, 2016 Thanks, I understand that staff training could be better. I was just asked by a superior to look into it. Have a nice day
