Windows 10- Add printers GPO

Hi Everyone

 

Im wondering if anyone can help me

 

We have 2 printers on the network which have a ip separately and I would like to create a group policy which adds the printer via gpo

 

I have done this already but I have them as replace in the user... control panel and then printer section now I am sure it needs to be set as create as its a new printer created for that new profile.

 

Can someone please verify that its either create or replace or possible update

I have update on mine.

Update is fine right from the beginning, no need to use create at all.

If it doesn't exist update will create it, if it already exists it will do nothing.

I agree if using anything GPP, set it to Update. Setting GPP to Replace causes stability issues with Windows 10.
