Does Classflow conflict with LGFL Webscreen?

I am trying to evaluate Promethean's Classflow for use in school, but seem to be getting connection problems. It uses secure https:/ sessions, and I wonder whether it's getting blocked by LGfL's Webscreen filters. I've raised a support ticket on this with LGfL and my school's support engineers, but wondered whether other EduGeek users have experience of configuring and using Classflow?

Hi Patrick,

 

ClassFlow is a cloud based software so there is no configuration. If you do have a school filter then the site will need to be white-listed.

Make sure these URL's are open:

promethean.api.splashtop.com classflow.comcollaboration.classflow.com
