RIP Steve Dillon

For those comic book aficionados among you (and in particular 2000ad fans) it has been announced today that the artist Steve Dillon has passed away: Steve Dillon Dead: 'Preacher' Co-Creator Was 54 | Hollywood Reporter

He was known for a huge amount of work including Judge Dredd 'back in the day' as well as more recently being one of the co-creators of Preacher.

I was hoping that this would turn out to be someone like a footballer rather than someone I knew.

sad reading, Have read all the preacher series, the whole gods and heavenly hosts interaction with humanity has always been something that appeals me, though preacher is something I would definitely say is NSFW if your looking to read it.

 

The TV series has already lost me based on the fact that so much is off canon now already 12 episodes in.
