Copy image to users Pictures folder best way ?

I need to copy a logo to the staff users Pictures library, so when they insert an image in word the logo is instantly presented to them

Got any ideas on a quick way to do this ? Don't really want to redirect the folder if I can - I was thinking of a batch file to copy on login ?

You could use Group Policy Preferences to dump the file in the users area.

If you use Office internally you could provide templates ready made with both logo and footers as we do using the Office admx Workgroup templates policy

Ideally not in the user areas as this would mean they would have to look for it, as opposed to it just being there when they insert picture (unless I can change the default picture location)

Redirect the Pictures folder would be another option but make sure you have quota's enabled on the server incase people start importing all their personal photo's ;)

Just found a setting in Word 2013 admx to specify clipart location if that OK. Within Microsoft Word2013 > Word Options > Advanced > File Locations > Clipart pictures

I found that too, for office 2010 - will mean me copying the logo to the redirected folder for every user, but that won't be so bad. I'll test it out thanks
