Hello,

Not sure if this is in the right place but I'm putting it here for now. I am looking for a piece of simple software or some kind of web app where I can put my Office, Windows and other software licence codes.

I think that NetSupport offers this but I don't need the other stuff in it.

I hope you guys can help.

OneNote, Excel or Google Docs/Sheets?

We just store them in Notepad, within their own folder. Whilst Excel Spreadsheets are nice, it's just a pain especially if you don't have MS Office installed on a machine you may be trying to activate/install. Providing the PC has local network access, we can retrieve all the keys from there in a particular share.

We use keypass to note the url and login of most of our keys (as they seem to be held on websites qute a lot these days). The few that aren't are in keypass directly

I paste the relevant ones from VLSC into an Outlook note. I've got notes with keys going back to the turn of the century!

As I can always login to my webmail I can just open the note and copy the key out.

If we know we are doing a big deployment job we stick the relevant key into a text document alongside the installer on either the NAS or the USB device being used. After deployment we just erase them.
