TTS Easi-View broken on Windows 10 Anniversary Update

Since the Windows 10 Anniversary update Easi-View isn't working on any of my classroom PC's (no error messages, just fails to launch), it was working on previous Windows 10 builds but has decided to stop working in this one, has anyone on here had the same issue and more to the point found a way to get it working again, I've tried compatibility settings and re-installing the software but neither has worked.

Has anyone had the same issue or even better found a fix for it?

I have managed to fix the issue.

From memory

plug the usb cable in

go to device manager and expand the imaging

disable any built in cameras

right click and uninstall the easi view driver - think its called USB2.0 or something, making sure to tick the box to delete the driver

re-install the driver - it should pick up a new driver from MS. It installs with a different name.

I have done this a few times now
