boogster Posted September 27, 2016 Posted September 27, 2016 Hi Guys Have enrolled 32 ipads recently in meraki and all ok. I had to return one to apple as broken and when I try to enrol this one with the certificate for a while now just get a SCEP invalid response error. any ideas please thanks
Glandwr Posted September 27, 2016 Posted September 27, 2016 I'm also having the same issue this morning, where as it was working fine last night. Is it a Meraki Server issue?
Snadwich Posted September 27, 2016 Posted September 27, 2016 Same issue. Also with Meraki. Tried on IOS9 and 10. Are either of you on the legacy MDM or the paid for one?
Glandwr Posted September 27, 2016 Posted September 27, 2016 We use Free for <100 devices plan. Looks like a Meraki problem then!
Snadwich Posted September 27, 2016 Posted September 27, 2016 We also use that legacy plan too. We were wondering whether it has something to do with the SCEP settings being greyed out for customers using that plan, and whether Apple have updated something which requires access to those settings?

Same problem here. Although I didn't yesterday on a brand new Ipad. Methinks its Apple failing not Meraki. I'm getting the same error after trying to install a profile generated with Apple Configurator - fails during the initial setup on the 'pad - same SCEP error. Edited September 27, 2016 by mikkydoos
Ant Posted September 27, 2016 Posted September 27, 2016 I'm reassured I'm not the only one having this issue today. Worked fine on a new iPad yesterday, but not today.
Sabre Posted September 27, 2016 Posted September 27, 2016 Have a ticket opened with Meraki, seems to be a system wide issue for them, started for us around 6PM MST last night.
Guest mrtems1 Posted September 27, 2016 Posted September 27, 2016 We've also had this issue - hopefully it's sorted soon. Away from the system-wide issue, the main resolution I've seen is to clear Safari data in Settings and then reboot the device.
Ant Posted September 28, 2016 Posted September 28, 2016 Update from me... Working again this morning!
mikkydoos Posted September 28, 2016 Posted September 28, 2016 Working now. Just. Few attempts before profiles will apply.
