We also use that legacy plan too. We were wondering whether it has something to do with the SCEP settings being greyed out for customers using that plan, and whether Apple have updated something which requires access to those settings?

Same issue. Also with Meraki. Tried on IOS9 and 10. Are either of you on the legacy MDM or the paid for one?
