mdt 2013 u2 deploying windows 7

Ive had it now in a couple of schools where ive upgraded mdt/adk so i can support windows 10 when needed but in 2 cases at least this has stopped mdt deploying my windows 7 image properly. It goes through all the motions then fails at the dism section. If i exit mdt on that pc it continues to install windows but is missing drivers etc and on initial boot complains about missing c:\litelouch.something and sets the pc to auto login

 

any ideas? its the same win7 image ive been deploying for ages so all thats changed is mdt version and the adk version

Have you tried updating boot images and deployment shares in WDS since upgrade??

yes even did a complete rebuild no difference
