SIMS Dinner and Agora your thoughts and reviews please

Afternoon all,

 

Just wondering if anyone currently using SIMS Dinner Money and SIMS Agora online payment system at their School please? We currently do a manual moeny collection and dinner registers but would like to migrate to digital method. Looked at some other systems but would like to use an integrated system - We already use SIMS.net, FMS, SIMS InTouch and TeachersApp at our School.

 

Your help, guidance, reviews and advise will be highly appreciated.

We have just got sims agora but we have had sims dinner money for a while now!!

 

The only thing I hate about sims agora is when you generate the whole school reference numbers they need to be used within 30 days. If they don't use them you have to extend the expiry date. You can do this one at a time and the reference remains the same but if you do them all at once it regenerates a new reference for everyone meaning you may have to send new letters again.

 

If you want to know anything just let me know and I will try to answer the best I can.

Hi,

 

We are completing some work in the coming months to unify administration processes across Agora. During this time one area we are looking at is providing the facility to extend the expiry of references for defined groups as can currently be achieved on an individual student basis.
