jslate1980 Posted September 9, 2016 Posted September 9, 2016 Hi For a while I have been holding off from migrating Salto server to a new 2012 vm. TBH it is still running on a windows server 2003 vm which I want to get rid of. My question is does anyone have any guidance on this?
3s-gtech Posted September 9, 2016 Posted September 9, 2016 The beauty of VMs. Have a go at migrating the software. Keep the old server there, for a good while if necessary. You could virtualise the server with a converter, then try some in-place upgrades. You have little to lose. Just keep the original server unchanged.
