[sims] Lesson Monitor missing registers

Hi,

 

Our lesson monitor is not displaying any registers for our new year 7 intake this year (they are present for all other years). The students all have timetables and they are associated with classes. I don't believe our timetable cycle has been altered this year and apply timetable has been run and lesson monitor setup also seems to be correct.

 

Any suggestions?

What dates did you apply the timetable for?

We have reported to Babcock but not had much of a response... (getting quite desprate)

Problem now resolved - In Tools > setups > attendance setup > module setup, exclude students with a date of birth after... was set to 2004 causing our Year 7s not to appear!

I wish I knew... my guess is possibly timetabler or attendance officer.
