Changing Search Provider - GPO

Somewhere its changing our search provider to something odd..

 

Is there a way i can change or delete the current search provider and change it to google for the whole site via GP?

I think you have to do this as part of the IEAK, could be wrong, got tired of it using BING.

 

I jus stopped people searching from address bar. We have 5,000 students and 600 staff and this hasn't caused ant problems with the users.
