Hi all

We have taken on a school that's using RMUnify to manage several cloud services, including Office365.

They aren't wow'ed by it, so we might look at moving some aspects away.

Until then we need to make some changes to their Office 365 set up but our "admin" account that has been set up for us in RMUnify doesn't appear to have admin rights over their Office365 instance. We can't find anyone here who, when logging in to Office 365, gets the Admin tile.

Is there a special RM "App" that needs to be installed to handle changes to their Office 365 instance?

As I understand it, RM Unify is just a glorified password syncer.

It may be worth looking into who migrated the school over to Office 365, as I assume if you don't have an admin level account it may not have been done internally.

We used to use RM Unify with GAfE and standard users trying to log in to GAfE with our school domain were redirected to the Unify sign in page, but my administrator account wasn't federated and that's how I accessed the admin functions. I'd expect O365 to work the same way.

You'll have an RM application on one of your DCs which might give you a clue as to what account that might be or you could ask MS support for the account details.
