Happy first day back all,

 

We've got our first issue of the day. Our MIS manager has attempted to create new users and generates passwords for them and we get the following error displayed;

 

 

i also login with the same issue. We're going to contact support, just wanted to ask if you guys have had this or have a fix?

We have had that this morning for one of our primary schools. I suggest you log it with your support people.

Has someone changed the sa password?

No, the SA password is the same as it has been for years. Just waiting on support for a response.

 

We had a migration to Server 2012 / SQL 2014 not too long ago - wonder if it's something to do with that process.

One of our schools had this yesterday. It was fixed with SIMS patch 20249
