A teacher who works part time and needs Out Of Office replies to go out when she is out, but only on Fridays when she does not work. I'd like to know if this is possible to be configured on Exchange server 2013?

Any help will be appreciated.

A scheduled task on the Exchange server that runs a PowerShell script to turn the OOO reply for the user would work. I don't think there's a way to do this through Outlook or OWA.

The example given shows for a set date, would i be right in thinking that you would remove the date and just leave the time to get this work say every friday with a scheduled task running on fridays on the exchange box?

Hi Kyle, the old place i used to work at used the script on the said users outlook if you give them that on the following link.

How do I set up Outlook to send a auto reply during a certain hour of the day every day? - Super User

I didn't use to help with anything exchange there so unfortunately wouldn't be able to help much but i can sure try if you run into any issues.

Regards

Mukesh

Thanks for this Mukesh but a lot of our users only use OWA, this is why i need something server based to run on exchange.
