RSS feed icons

This prompts me to ask, what do people use to take an RSS feed from Edugeek?

 

I would like to use Outlook 2007 but I can't get it to pick up reliably. I've configured the feed to update every 15 minutes but it doesn't seem to do that and when it does take stuff it rarely picks up more than 10-15 (I'm guessing it's picking up what ever is new in the past 15 minutes rather than what's new since it last looked)
