I have uploaded all my users pst files to be mapped to Office365, using Azure storage explorer I can see all the pst files in the ingestiondata folder.

However when I run the "upload email messages (PST files)" from the Exchange online management console it sits at 0% for about two hours and then fails. But there is no explanation, here is an example of the mapping file I am using

Workload,FilePath,Name,Mailbox,IsArchive,TargetRootFolder,SPFileContainer,SPManifestContainer,SPSiteUrl
Exchange,,user.pst,[email protected],FALSE,Inbox,,,

[email protected] is the primary email address

Everything worked when we tested this on one user before the summer holidays, and I can manually import the users pst file using Outlook

Does anyone have any ideas? have I missed something?

UPDATE

I have noticed in Azure storage explorer if I right click on a pst file and go to properties I get this message.

I managed to get past this stage after a while, but it then failed on the import. Ours was due to the user some how adding their own personal account to their work one which cocked up the email address and proxy email address in AD, have a look at that. But since it was only one user for me I ended up just loading up outlook importing the pst and transferring the folders manually.
