Exchange 2010 Running out of disk space

yep, Our onsite exchange server is running out of space. The mailbox size is nearing 300gb mark and the partition is 304GB (dont ask why its odd)

 

I've ran a report and got mailbox sizes and noticed a few ex staff have large mail boxes. Is there a way to export the mail box off and delete the mail box to free some space.

 

(i could save over 50+GB from deleting ex staff )

You can PowerShell that quite easily.

You need to export to a file share, I don't know why :-?

During backup are you truncating the log files ?
