When will the Anniversary Update appear on the VLSC?

I have the 1607 version but now want the 1703 English International version.

 

Anyone know where I can get it from? VLSC doesn't seem to give you language options unless I am missing something?

It is available from VLSC, the English International option is available in the second column after Download Manager/Web browser.
