Papercut MF / MFD / BioStore

Has anybody got Biostore Readers attached to MFDs (we have Sharp 5141) that links with Papercut MF please?

 

I want to be able to setup ID Print to use the email address field in Biostore and pass this to papercut. However, selecting this field doesn't appear to be working. If I choose another field such as BioStore ID (and add this to papercut for a user) then the login works correctly. If I attach the USB lead to a PC running notepad to see the output for the email address field it doesn't appear to be outputting anything if a . exists.

Hi Rob,

 

You may have to duplicate the email field into the pager field and use that. (Not tried, just a thought)

 

We have it pick up the employeeID field within AD which is extracted from our MIS SIMs
