SamSung annoying Sign-In to Network - How do I kill it

So I jus bought my first Android phone yesterday but when connecting to our Wi-Fi with its own Captive Portal this keeps annoying message keeps popping up and knackers the WiFi connectivity. Even after signing into our own Captive Portal.

 

Jus going to have a look on the Firewall to see if any traffic is getting blocked.

 

But how do I stop it for good with out a hammer

It works on my home network perfectly.

 

At least with iPhones it is easy enough to disable the apple captive portal

Is it a random Samsung application or the default Android dialogue?

 

What do the logs on whatever's handling the captive portal say? See if there's any "@Davit2005's phone did something odd/didn't respond in time so I kicked it off" messages.

 

I've got unadulterated Android (Nexus) now, but my previous Samsung (before I put Cyanogen on it) had no problems talking to RADIUS-protected WiFi.
