sims 7.170 crashing when saving

We have upgraded to sims 7.170 and sims is crashing when users are saving registers etc. Has anybody else experienced this with the latest version in sims? I have been advised to run the re-index patch but its not responding?

I upgraded ours last night and touch wood, all seems to be ok at them moment.
