Sharepoint 2013 view query

I've created a survey using Sharepoint 2013. I've edited the web part that shows the responses and I've come to export to a spreadsheet but the option is not there in the action menu. I went to the web part editor and do not have the options to change the view to allow graphical responses as I have had in other surveys I've done with Sharepoint. In addition, I have no button to select 'show graphical summary' etc which usually appears towards the bottom of the survey or on selected views.

 

Can anyone shed any light as to how to I can get these views back as I need to display results. I've attached some screenshots of what I've got.

Goto your survey settings, click on advanced settings and check if the offline client availability option is checked.

Are you using Chrome or Firefox also?

 

DO you know if you have excel services enabled?

Yes, offline client availability and excel services are both enabled. I was using IE only because of the AD authentication
