Transfer the L10 Pidgey and Rattata, the 13 Drowzee and that 49 Krabby, you get dust and candies.

 

I know.

 

I was looking to see if they have better moves. I accidentally got rid of a Drowzee with Psychic because it was a lower level.

 

All this walking... sounds like a new fitbit.

 

It sort of is... at least this incentivises going out.

I'm not disputing that. Although the number of EduGeeks regressing to age 9 is somewhat amusing

Yeah, but there was talk about having Android apps on Windows 10 devices, which never happened.

I'll have to start a thread about getting a new phone...

So, once you hit L5 you can pick a team, Yellow, Blue or Red (characterised as Zapdos, Articuno and Moltres.. annoyingly in that order, rather than Uno, Dos, Tres). You can make your Pokémon tougher by fighting gyms owned by your team, which also raises the rank of the Gym. You can then take your Pokémon to gyms owned by other teams and fight for ownership.

 

All the gyms around me have <200CP rating Pokémon, I've yet to catch anything <75.

That's an understatement.

 

The servers have been down more than up.

One of the gyms near me has a Jynx... CP is around 400.

 

The other one has a Ratticate. But there are loads of Rattata here, so it makes sense.

Are eggs broken for anyone else? the counter just won't go up regardless of how far I walk with my phone and app open..

 

About to hit lvl 5, my highest is my CP 120 Drowzee but I haven't been playing it very much. Definitely interesting game though, despite needing some work

Eggs are definitely working for me. I've been out most of the day playing. Caught loads and the servers have been very good. Only had to force quit the app around 3 times.

Some weirdness going on with gyms though. Frequently get rivals Pokemon to 1hp, then nothing happens !
