My unifi wireless seems to have gone slow any ideas. The rx to clients is very slow say 1mbit power save shoes as active on these clients. Even an client that is connected at a high speed is giving a slow speed test. These are UAP running quite new firmware. Any ideas all AP have been rebooted.

Controller 4.8.14

UAP fireware 3.3.19.4015

Has this only started happening since your last firmware upgrade?

We are on those fw numbers here and have not noticed any difference in performance. There are upgrades to your version however seen as we both run the same firmware I suspect something else isn't quite right.

Is it on all your UAP or just a few?

Try restarting the POE switch?

Double patch anywhere?

The firmware was upgraded ages ago and was working fine 2 weeks ago. At this point an AP was added in wireless repeater mode.

when you mean wireless repeater do you mean you daisy chained the AP using the secondary network port?

does the speed return to a normal level if you unplug it and reboot the ap it is daisy chained too?

Wireless uplink is really not something I'd recommend with Unifi.

It repeats every packet on the LAN on the same channel as its partner.

Both the uplink and partner AP will suffer drastically reduced throughput.

Turn it off and try it again without the extra AP
