How do you write children's references?

Hey Peeps

 

I was just wondering if there was an easy way to generate children's names when they leave school for a reference. So that you can easily export information from Sims for example into a template on word and then the staff fill in the information about them but things like their names, D.O.B is already filled in? Just to speed up the process a bit

SIMS report to a csv with the info you need, then mail merge into word is what I'd do.

You could setup a very basic Individual Report in SIMS Assessment and then export/save them all out.

Do you know if there's anything like an online generator or anything like that? We already had thought about reports in SIMS and Mail Merges but we were hoping for a less time consuming way to do it
