Is there a Definitive Mandatory Profile Guide?

I am really struggling with Windows 10 to get a working mandatory profile with start menu and tiles, no matter what guide I follow I just can not seem to get it to work.

 

Does anyone have a definitive step by step guide on these 3 items before I pull out what little hair I have left?

I'd also be interested in this, I've tried numerous guides and resorted to roaming profiles for testing.

I followed these instructions to get my Mandatory Profile working.

Worth noting, Start Menu is redirected through Group Policy Folder Redirection, and tiles are achieved by using an .xml file. They are not part of the mandatory profile (to my knowledge)

Im going to wait for the anniversary update, its so close now its not worth pulling my hair out over. especially as the start menu and profile are different
