KoolTech Posted June 10, 2016 Posted June 10, 2016 Hi, We have just bought 30 new staff laptops with Windows 10 Education on them and have found the SIMS Portal doesn't work!! Has anyone else had this issue or know a fix and I would be eternally grateful. I think its an issue with IE11 and Windows 10 along with the UAG add on not installing?

beany1 Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 We use UAG with our council portal, using enterprise mode works for us, so thanks @mavhc! - still tries to install the plugin each time but clicking no on the UAC prompt and it still works!
