Just a quick one, this mdm was mentioned by an apple techie back in February when I attended a session on deployment in general which included a fair amount of 9.3 info, when I visited the site at the time it was a fairly average/Unknown mdm but now it seems to have adopted all of the 9.3 changes extremely quickly while Meraki still hasn't...

Is anyone else using it? Ive just purchased 6 licences to try it out for just over £17 as they renew in January, it's only €5+vat per year/device :) hoping to find time on Monday to get it up and running

We've been trying the demo for a week or so as we're looking to move away from Legacy Miraki, as you say actually pretty impressive, the speed of it seems night and day compared to Miraki, where Miraki can take hours to push a profile change Zulu did it in a couple of seconds.

Only thing that put us off is the lack of a UK based reseller, it's all done via their website.

Glad to hear someone else is using it, I've spent some time today getting DEP, VPP & users etc setup and its looking good so far although when attempting to setup the first 2 iPads its getting stuck awaiting final configurations...

Figured I'd test out their support only to find its €25/mo or €250/yr extra, I've gone for the 1 month option for now - I'd probably stick with monthly going forward... if I need support every month somethings wrong having never needed support with Meraki

We just bought 300 licenses for it for 3 years, so we've gone all in.

It is much simpler to use, IMO, than Meraki. There's more settings as they have adopted the changes very quickly as they happen also. The big improvement for me is deploying apps - its a multi-stage process in Meraki, its a single stage process in ZuluDesk.

We only went live with it 2 days ago, so not actually got it controlling everything yet, but we will do when I can arrange a time to have all iPads back to migrate them over (we're in a bit of a mess with them at the moment anyway).

We picked it back up in Sept/Oct and have extended it to all of our iPads bar a few I've not been able to get back in for migrating, its so much easier to use

That site is registered to Soltech IT, one of their resellers. They don't have a UK presence themselves, its all done through resellers.

Soltech is who we bought through.

That's clearly trying to fool schools into thinking they are dealing with the vendor, a serious black mark in my book. Whilst this looks good to not include any support in the licence price makes me even more dubious about the sales tactics here. It says for £6.50 you get support though?

This is exactly how I feel. Very deceptive and I wonder if ZuluDesk are even aware that their names and images are being used.

I'm glad I found out as I've had dealings with SoltechIT before and it wasn't good!
