i got some eventually iirc i now have 5/6 never saw anything but eevees and they are all male so i cant breed em lol so i replaced the muk on my team with steevee have again iirc leaf/leccy/water stones unsure how to evolve it yet but the plan is at some point to have em all. they really dont want to get in a poke ball do they ive wasted i dont know how many fast/great/ultra balls on them

For anybody struggling to find a certain 'mon on a route, I hear (but have not confirmed) some wild pokemon only show up if your party leader is within certain levels.. So if you can't find what you're after, catch something you can find on that route and put it in Position 1.

 

Again, I note that I haven't confirmed this. I don't want to look too much into game mechanics to avoid spoilerising myself.

You can breed males, but you need a ditto.

Once I've got a good OP capture 'mon, I'm chaining for a shiny one. It looks cool.

 

On a side note, I discovered you can get infinite free Premier balls.

 

But it's 1 at a time and I can't be bothered at the moment.

found you can feed not only my slowbros main mouth you can feed the mouth of the shelder on its tail lol. That thing is a total tank can basically take anything you can throw at it and still knock out most things lol

I still haven't even gotten to the first trial yet (Though, it did legit take me 2 hours to actually find a Growlithe..)

So far my party consists of:

• Growlithe, ♂, Level 8
  
• Brionne, ♂, Level 17
  
• Pichu, ♂, Level 16
  
• Gastly, ♀, Level 14
  

 

Going to train Growlithe and Gastly up to L15 and then move on. Taking it sloooow I don't like rushing through games.

TBF, I'm at about 18 hours now and have caught pretty much every Pokémon I can so far.

 

But I've mostly stuck to 1 team...

i dont remember the grass trial being hard i think i just fried it with growlith (who ive now evolved to arcanine)

 

im still basically using the same team ive currently dropped my grimmer in a box and the eevee that replaced it until i decide how to evolve it (none of the first 3 as i have grass fire and leccy anyway) as its at level 30 and still useless lol. Currently got an egg in position 6

 

i did find ditto but the damn thing wont get in a poke ball killed about 4 trying to catch them quick ball/fast ball / ultra ball nope 3 shakes and its out damn you

well i now have a vulpix and a set of keys (yes theres a pokemon that looks like a bunch of keys lol) watch out for the trial in the old supermarket (trying not to gert spoliery) but i was levels higher than the totem and it all but wiped me out

Just spent 20 minutes SR-ing for a Feebas... 5% chance from a special fishing spot.

 

Ended up breaking my new rule of just using Pokeballs [instead of great/ultra/dusk/dive/etc] because the Heal Ball with Milotic would look cool.

 

Also, Volt Tackle isn't just an egg move now! There's an NPC with 3 Pikachu that gives you a Pikachu Z-Crystal and teaches you the move [because you need it for the crystal]

Yeah. 10 makes Doggo%, 50 makes 50%, when you get all 100 you make the complete one.

 

But... Incomplete Doggo and 50% have Aura Break as an ability.

I also appear to of missed some quite large sections of islands like the desert section of island 3 i saw it but story diddnt take me that way so went past it

If you use the Zygarde cube from the key items menu, it tells you how many you've got (out of 100) and how many you currently have.

 

You get forced to make the biggest one, so if you have >50 you can't make Doggo%
