Always like playing a bit of Battlefield (PC) and will be pre purchasing but wondered if its worth paying the extra for the Deluxe version, I'm not sure it is.

Not in my opinion only thing remotely worthwhile is the three day head start, save the extra and put it towards the inevitable £40+ premium.

 

If it's anything like battlefield 4 they won't do a premium + game edition until a while after launch forcing people that bought the game early into another fairly hefty purchase that won't see any discount for years whilst the bundled edition will be discounted to tempt new players.

You've got to ask yourself if your happy to pay £15 to get it a bit earlier and when they do that the usual course of action is to wipe your stats come the full release so basically your getting a bit of experience with the maps and weapons before Joe public.

 

Personally I'm waiting for the standard release
